My name is Jessie Elizondo and I am the owner and operator of Affordable Siding and Windows. I have professionally installed vinyl siding for 20 years and I have been self-employed in this business since 1996.

In 1985, at the age of 17, I began working in my Dad's business as a carpenter's assistant, during the summer. In 1987 my parents hired Sears to improve our home with vinyl siding. The sub-contractors that were hired to do the work were one worker short, so I volunteered - without pay. I learned a lot from them, and once I graduated from high school I began to work for Sears as a sub-contractor. By the time I was 21 I had my own crew and headed up installation. Five years later, I started my own company.

Why did I choose to go on my own? No Middle Man!

When I worked for Sears I noticed that the customer was shut out of any communications about the installation work. They couldn't talk directly to Sears, and they didn't get satisfaction from the sub-contractors. I decided to go into my own business and give the customer one on one time, develop a professional relationship and be on hand to answer questions while the installation was in progress. My business is 100 percent owner operated since I do not contract the labor and my wife, Sandra, is my assistant.

I constantly monitor the quality of my employees workmanship and they are paid an hourly wage, so they definitely put in the extra effort to do an awesome job. My prices are fair and I offer a three-year labor warranty. All my siding products have a lifetime warranty. I also specialize in replacement windows, roofing, gutters, wooden deck, privacy fences and carpentry.
